Fonctions de transition au Sénégal

DG de transition : direction de filiale, pilotage de joint-venture, redressement, lancement d'entité. Contexte fréquent : dirigeant expatrié en fin de mission, pas encore de successeur identifié.
DAF de transition : structuration financière, mise en place de reporting groupe, gestion de trésorerie en franc CFA (BCEAO), conformité fiscale sénégalaise.
DRH de transition : organisation RH, relations avec les syndicats (CNTS, UNSAS), mise en conformité Code du travail sénégalais, gestion de la diversité culturelle.
COO / Directeur des opérations : logistique portuaire (port de Dakar), supply chain régionale, optimisation industrielle, HSE.
Directeur de projets : pilotage de grands projets d'infrastructure, coordination des parties prenantes, respect des délais et budgets.

Nos managers interviennent en français. Le wolof est un atout pour les interactions quotidiennes avec les équipes terrain.

AIBD – Sindia : zone aéroportuaire, logistique, industries connexes.
Thiès : nœud ferroviaire (TER), industrie, phosphates (ICS).
Saint-Louis : tourisme, agriculture irriguée (vallée du fleuve Sénégal), pêche.
Ziguinchor – Casamance : agroalimentaire (cajou, mangue), tourisme. Contexte sécuritaire à prendre en compte.

Nous couvrons également les missions régionales pilotées depuis Dakar pour la Mauritanie, la Guinée-Bissau, la Guinée-Conakry et la Gambie.
