Fonctions de transition en Tunisie

DG de transition : direction de filiale ou de site, redressement, intégration post-acquisition, gestion de crise sociale ou opérationnelle.

DAF de transition : restructuration financière, gestion des contraintes de change (BCT), mise en place de reporting groupe, optimisation fiscale dans le cadre des conventions franco-tunisiennes.
